Do you guarantee your items?

We are very proud of the items we sell and stand by them. Consequently we are happy to offer a comprehensive 12-month guarantee on every product due to faulty workmanship on the Ballbrite Product.

Either way, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied during the time of the guarantee we will replace the item in question or refund your purchase price in full. No questions asked!

We are happy to replace or refund. Your satisfaction is our first priority.

How do I return items?

Please return any item to our Postal Address - listed below. We would appreciate if you used the original packing or if no longer available ensure appropriate packing so that the item is not damaged in shipment. Please include a copy of your invoice, your name, address and contact details and let us know if you prefer a replacement or refund.
